Changing Habits for Life is a supportive, structured programme designed to help you make lasting improvements to both your physical and emotional wellbeing. Delivered by The Rainbow Foundation in partnership with Wrexham University, the programme brings people together in a friendly, inclusive environment to build healthier habits that stick.

Whether you’re looking to feel fitter, improve your mental wellbeing, or reduce your risk of long-term health conditions, our team will work alongside you every step of the way.

Who is it for?

This programme is ideal if you:

  • Have a BMI over 30
  • Live with high blood pressure
  • Are pre-diabetic or diabetic
  • Have high cholesterol

What to expect

You’ll take part in a 12-week journey, meeting twice a week with a supportive group of people who are working towards similar goals.

The programme includes:

  • A full health check at the start and end
  • Regular group sessions combining activity and learning
  • Practical guidance to help you build healthier routines
  • Ongoing encouragement from a friendly, experienced team
